Trend Technologies has an immediate full-time opportunity at our Elk Grove Village, IL facility for an experienced Metrologist/CMM Programmer reporting to the Quality Manager.
Summary
The Metrologist/CMM Programmer is responsible for conducting First Article Inspections, spec and other dimensional layouts using Coordinate Measuring Machines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Knowledge of CAD and PCDMIS required.
- Experience with IN Spec & Polyworks preferred.
- CMM operating skills required.
- Strong PC, and language skills and background in quality control.
- Surface plate & open setup techniques required.
- PPAP experience preferred.
