Description:
The CNC Set Up Operator should have minimum 3- years’ experience operating and setting up CNC Lathe machines. Knowledge on the following type of machines Citizen CNC swiss lathes , Tsugami, Miyano, Doosan, Mori Seiki or other fixed headstock lathes, Index MS40/MS32 ( multi-spindle)
Requirements:
CNC Set Up Operator with experience on Citizen , Tsugami or Miyano CNC machines.

CNC Set Up Operator Schedule :
Schedule: Monday – Friday. Overtime available and Flexible Schedule
1st. Shift : 7:00 am - 5:30 pm , or 6:00 am - 4:30 pm
2nd. Shift : 5:30 pm - 4:00 am ( M - F)
CNC Set Up Operator requirements and skills:
- Able to read and understand blueprints
- Able to do set ups.
- It will be helpful that the CNC Set Up Operator has knowledge on the following type of machines: Citizen CNC swiss lathes , Tsugami, Miyano, Doosan, Mori Seiki or other fixed headstock lathes, Index MS40/MS32 ( multi-spindle) Index MS experience is a plus.
- Proficient in the use of calipers, micrometers and other measurement devices.
- Familiar with “G” & “M” codes ( preferred)
- Capable of lifting 35-40 lbs.
- Knowledge of cutting tools used in CNC machines.
- Able to make adjustments on the machine .
