With 15 operating locations and 10+ more on the way, we pride ourselves on using organic and natural ingredients in our bubble tea and offering unique Asian fusion desserts.
We are seeking an organized and proactive Logistics and Warehouse Specialist to oversee warehouse operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and coordinate logistics. This role ensures our supply chain runs smoothly and supports the growth of our franchise.
Role and Responsibilities:
Inventory Management and Tracking:
- Perform regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
- Track and record inventory levels in real-time, reporting discrepancies promptly.
- Manage inventory ordering and restocking to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Warehouse Organization and Maintenance:
- Maintain the organization, cleanliness, and safety of the warehouse.
- Optimize the storage layout for efficient inventory access and workflow.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with storage and safety standards.
Receiving and Distribution:
- Oversee receiving of goods, ensuring accuracy and quality of incoming deliveries.
- Arrange goods for pick-up and shipment to stores.
- Coordinate inventory transfers between the warehouse and stores.
Logistics Coordination:
- Handles orders from franchise stores.
- Collaborate with logistics partners to schedule and track deliveries.
- Resolve shipping or delivery issues efficiently.
- Communicate with franchise locations to confirm delivery schedules and address their needs.
Process Improvement:
- Identify inefficiencies in warehouse and logistics processes and suggest improvements.
- Assist in developing systems to streamline operations.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or inventory control.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food and beverage industry supply chains is a plus.
- Must have valid work authorization in the US.
