What You'll Do:
- Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets from multiple sources.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support strategic initiatives.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights to improve operations, marketing efforts, and customer experience.
- Collaborate with teams across departments to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver business-critical analyses.
- Communicate complex data findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support data governance initiatives and help ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices in data analysis, visualization, and reporting tools.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in a data analyst role (insurance industry experience is a plus, but not required).
- Strong proficiency with SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Working knowledge of statistical analysis and data mining techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and simply.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and data warehouses.
- Knowledge of insurance products and services is a plus.
Position Details:
- Job Type: Full-Time, Remote
- Location: Work from anywhere within the United States
- Salary Range: $72,000 – $88,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
