About the Role
We’re seeking a Creative Director who thrives at the intersection of design and strategy — someone who can shape the future of our brand through clean, purposeful, and scalable creative direction. This person will be a strategic thought partner to the marketing team, owning the visual identity of the company while supporting broader creative initiatives across the organization.
You’ll be leading the development of reusable, design-forward templates, guiding the look and feel of digital and print assets, and helping us make bold design decisions that set our brand apart.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Creative Direction: Guide the company’s visual identity and branding strategy, ensuring consistency and cohesion across all channels and departments.
- Support Marketing Efforts: Collaborate with marketing to develop scalable creative systems that align with campaign goals and messaging.
- Design with Purpose: Deliver clean, pixel-perfect design templates and assets for both digital and print. Think systems over one-offs.
- Bring Ideas to Life: Create or oversee the design of logos, icons, layouts, typography, direct mail pieces, credit cards, and digital experiences.
- Drive Brand Strategy: Influence how the brand shows up in the world—without relying on words—through expert use of visual storytelling.
- Maintain Excellence: Uphold design standards and documentation, and contribute to a scalable design system that empowers other teams.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with stakeholders across teams to align creative vision with company objectives.
- Champion Clean Design: Use white space and typographic hierarchy effectively. Guide creative teams in staying current, modern, and technically sharp.
