Global investment firm with a great reputation is currently hiring for an Executive Assistant to support two Investor Relations executives and their wider team of 3. They are a team-focused company with an incredible culture, and have a focus on ensuring their admin team has a path for growth within the company.
Duties include:
- Extensive calendar and schedule management, including calendar organization and keeping on top of changes and competing priorities.
- Global travel booking, ensuring the correct visas, ground transportation, and accommodation are booked.
- Liaising with the assistants of investors to set up meetings.
- Meeting support and preparation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
