We’re currently seeking a strategic, forward-thinking Chief of Staff to partner closely with our CEO and Executive Committee (EXCOM). This high-impact role is key to driving organizational alignment, advancing critical initiatives, and fostering clear, compelling communication across the business.
Role Summary
As Chief of Staff, you will serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and EXCOM—leading strategic planning, orchestrating executive-level communications, and ensuring seamless execution of our top business priorities. You’ll direct cross-functional teams, manage high-profile programs, and help shape the future of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership & Advisory
- Serve as a core member of the Executive Committee (EXCOM).
- Act as a trusted thought partner to the CEO and EXCOM, offering analysis and recommendations on high-level decisions and organizational priorities.
- Identify and drive opportunities for innovation, operational improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
Strategy & Market Intelligence
- Lead a team to continuously assess and report on market trends, regulatory shifts, and customer behavior.
- Maintain a clear, data-driven view of our competitive positioning and support strategic adjustments accordingly.
Program Management
- Direct a team that provides enterprise-wide visibility and oversight of top initiatives.
- Establish project standards, enforce execution discipline, and ensure teams remain aligned, efficient, and outcome-focused.
- Personally lead mission-critical programs that drive measurable impact.
Executive Communication
- Develop and deliver compelling internal and external messaging on behalf of the CEO and EXCOM.
- Facilitate impactful communication strategies for organizational updates, business reviews, and global stakeholder interactions.
- Ensure communication flows effectively across senior leadership and broader teams.
Administrative Oversight
- Oversee executive support functions including travel and meeting coordination for EXCOM and GMB members.
- Serve as the point of contact for requests from global HQ and other DHL business units.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, preferably in logistics or a fast-paced, complex industry.
- Strong executive presence, with excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking, organizational planning, and cross-functional leadership abilities.
- A proactive, analytical mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results.
- Confident in managing multiple priorities and communicating across all levels of an organization.
