The Role
This role is all about learning & developing expertise in the operations & global logistics function of the beer, wine, & spirits industry. You’ll have daily interaction with the TBS executive team, our suppliers, our customers, & sales team.
This role is an in-office position located at our Charleston headquarters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the go-to person for our customers – communicating clearly, solving problems, and making their experience smooth and positive
- Help manage sales orders across our warehouses and direct-to-customer orders; including juggling pricing, product specifications, code date management, and more
- Interact and represent TBS with over 400+ distributor partners and 40+ suppliers
- Bring your analytic A-game, use data to uncover opportunities and guide smart decisions
- Coordinate freight logistics for both inbound and outbound product orders
- Dive into a variety of analytical and data driven tasks that support different operations across the business
- Think like an owner of the company – take initiative, bring ideas to the table, and always look for ways to make us better

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in operations, logistics, supply chain management, business, international business, or related field
- Experience in operations preferred
