The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
This role can be based in San Francisco, Sunnyvale, or New York.
We're looking for a talented Growth Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive our strategy to reach professionals where they are, convert them to active LinkedIn users, and maintain our position as the world's leading professional platform.
As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing LinkedIn's paid acquisition strategies across digital channels and global markets. You'll develop and implement growth tactics that drive user acquisition, increase engagement, and build long-term brand awareness and perception among our target audiences. Your work will directly contribute to LinkedIn's goal of growing our active user base while maintaining a strong return on investment.
Job Description
- Execute and optimize scaled paid acquisition programs across multiple digital channels to drive user growth in key markets
- Design, execute, and measure marketing experiments with clearly defined hypotheses, test parameters, and success metrics. Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Expand our acquisition strategies to new social and video channels; leverage creator-led partnerships and content to drive targeted audience engagement
- Lead venture testing initiatives to identify new growth opportunities in emerging audience segments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including market research, product marketing, owned channels, and growth performance optimization to ensure aligned execution on segment initiatives
- Develop segment-specific messaging that highlights product differentiation and features relevant to targeted professionals
- Partner with data science and marketing analytics teams to develop comprehensive ROI models
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Consumer Product marketing, Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing
- Experience with full-funnel marketing strategies
- Analytical skills with experience in developing comprehensive ROI and LTV models
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent experience
- Attention to detail and project management skills to focus on key outcomes amidst competing priorities and tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with marketing to professional audiences or in the talent acquisition/recruitment space
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, executive stakeholders, and industry partners
- Demonstrated experience operating proactively in ambiguity, self-starter who can manage through open-ended situations in a fast-paced environment

The pay range for this role is $118,000-$151,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
