About the Company:
Francois & Co. is looking for a detail-oriented and driven Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is key to managing our international inbound and domestic outbound shipments — ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and top-tier service to our clients and partners
Responsibilities:
- Manage all outbound domestic shipments (LTL, FTL expedited) via our freight broker portal
- Schedule and track inbound international freight for on-time delivery
- Prepare shipping paperwork and labels, ensure accurate load-outs
- Update ERP system with shipment details and client communication
- Perform inbound and outbound quality inspections
- Monitor and manage freight broker contracts for cost-effectiveness
- Collaborate across departments and maintain strong vendor/client relationships
- Support payment collection and contribute to process improvement as the role evolves
Required Skills:
- 1+ year of freight brokerage experience (required)
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, procurement, or scheduling
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Gmail, CRM platforms)
- Familiarity with ERP systems — Stone Profit and Salesforce experience is a plus
