🕒 Schedule: Mon-Fri (normal business hours)
⏱ Work Week: 36.25 hours/week
💵 Rate of Pay: $19/hour
About the Role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to join our HR Shared Services team! This hybrid role plays a key part in organizing personnel documents, processing leaves of absence, and keeping our HR operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:
- Open, print, sort, fax, and mail HR documents and correspondence
- Log leave of absence (LOA) documentation and update cases in ServiceNow
- Upload LOA and personnel file documents into the document management system
- Maintain and organize personnel files for office and management-level associates
- Prepare documentation for external scanning and follow up on any missing items
- Distribute benefit enrollment packets and associate discount cards upon request
- Support the HR team with ad hoc administrative projects
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year of administrative support experience preferred (HR experience a plus)
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Familiarity with HR systems or case management tools (e.g., ServiceNow) is a bonus
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential data
- Comfortable using office equipment and Microsoft Office tools
