Pay Rate: $16 - $25/hr depending on education and experience
Responsibilities
- Collect and organize data from multiple data management systems.
- Review and refine data categorization to minimize misclassification using keyword heuristics.Identify content gaps in the existing knowledge base and propose new articles or updates.
- Clean, standardize, and structure datasets.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to validate new and revised knowledge base content.
- Convert datasets into flexible formats (e.g., CSV, JSON) to support future chatbot integration.
- Conduct preliminary testing and analysis to ensure data accuracy and usability.
- Document workflows, data cleaning procedures, and recommendations for ongoing data maintenance.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python).
- Understanding of AI/ML text analysis or interest in learning these techniques.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly.
- Excellent organization and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated individual with a passion for continuous improvement and learning.
- Experience with knowledge base systems or chatbot projects is a plus.
