🌟 What You’ll Do:
- Lead day-to-day terminal operations, ensuring on-time performance, safety, and service excellence
- Manage a cross-functional team including dispatch, drivers, yard management, and support staff
- Serve as the point of contact for key customer escalations and drive resolution in real time
- Troubleshoot issues with shipments, delays, routing, and equipment—with a calm, analytical approach
- Collaborate with corporate leadership on strategic initiatives, performance metrics, and process optimization
- Recruit, train, and retain talent within a high-performance, high-accountability culture
- Represent the terminal and company brand with professionalism and integrity—internally and externally

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations
- Prior leadership experience managing a terminal, distribution center, or fleet operations
- Strong knowledge of dispatch, DOT regulations, and load planning
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and mentor teams across shifts
- Calm under pressure, with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with logistics systems and performance dashboards
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Relocation-ready (Savannah-based role with a limited local talent pool)
