Mazda of Columbia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Car Sales Manager to join our team. This key position will be responsible for leading our sales team, achieving sales goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage/train the sales team to achieve set targets and goals
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction score
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive sales management
- MUST TAKE TO's and EMI
- Previous F&I experience a must
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
