Role: Executive Assistant to Business Unit Head

We are seeking a proactive and highly skilled Executive Assistant to support our dynamic CEO in managing daily operations, driving strategic initiatives, and fostering collaboration across internal teams.
Position Overview
- The Executive Assistant will serve as a critical partner to the Business Head, managing complex scheduling, communication, and operational responsibilities. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, solution-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and can work independently while maintaining frequent check-ins with the Leader.
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar and Schedule Management: Efficiently manage the Leader’s calendar, prioritizing and scheduling meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Travel Coordination: Plan and oversee all aspects of domestic and international travel arrangements for the Leader, ensuring seamless logistics by coordinating with the right teams
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for the Leader, managing correspondence with Customer’s Offices, drafting communications, and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, presentations, and reports for meetings. Ensure follow-ups and action items are tracked and completed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration across the organization.
- Problem Solving: Handle challenges and ambiguity with a solution-focused mindset, ensuring the Leader’s priorities are met.
- Project Support: Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by the Leader
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
