Job Description:
Join our client's Energy Supply Strategic Projects Group as a Project Coordinator, supporting the successful execution of transformative energy initiatives—including large-scale wind farms, solar installations, and capital projects exceeding $15 million.
In this dynamic role, you’ll serve as a key liaison among internal teams, ensuring accurate documentation, clear communication, and on-time delivery across every project lifecycle phase.
Key Responsibilities:
- Route and manage project documentation for internal review and approval
- Track key deadlines using tools like OneNote and ensure timely supplier follow-up
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to monitor document status
- Manage communication via a shared email alias to support project correspondence
- Assemble and package large-format drawing sets for delivery to construction sites
- Print, organize, and ship project documentation as needed
- Support internal stakeholders with external supplier coordination
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2–4 years of experience in construction or administrative support roles involving RFIs and technical documentation
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, OneNote), ProjectWise, and PDF tools such as Bluebeam or Adobe Pro
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
- Must be located in the Denver metro area
