A leader in the beauty space is seeking a
Creative Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll help streamline creative workflows, manage production logistics, and ensure every project is delivered on time, on brand, and on budget. This position will split time between our El Segundo and LA Arts District offices.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end creative project management-timelines, budgets, resources, and delivery.
- Act as the go-to liaison between design teams, production vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Communicate proactively and clearly around shifting priorities, timelines, and expectations.
- Ensure incoming creative requests are fully scoped and briefed for efficient kickoff.
- Support production logistics and provide on-set assistance as needed.
- Manage contracts and payments for vendors in compliance with California regulations.
- Own and champion digital asset management (DAM) systems and processes.
- Train and support the team on file naming conventions, folder structure, rights usage, and asset handoffs.
- Manage asset uploads, ensuring accuracy in naming, specs, IP rights, and Fadel integration.
- Monitor expiration dates and collaborate with teams on rights extensions.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in creative operations or production, preferably within a creative agency.
- Expert multitasker with the ability to manage multiple priorities with grace under pressure.
- Organized, solutions-oriented, and proactive in anticipating project needs and potential blockers.
- Experience with project management tools like Wrike or Asana.
- Familiarity with the film and photo production process is a big plus.
- Strong understanding of digital asset management systems and IP rights.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
