We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Specialist to join our client's team in a hybrid capacity, with a base location in Cornelius, NC. This role will be integral in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the firm, providing crucial support to advisors and clients. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess strong problem-solving skills, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
General Responsibilities:
- Processing and managing client account paperwork and documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
- Assisting with account maintenance activities, including updates, transfers, and distributions.
- Providing operational support to financial advisors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Ensuring compliance with firm policies, industry regulations, and internal procedures.
- Maintaining and updating client data and records in relevant systems.
- Preparing and generating reports as needed.
- Facilitating communication between advisors, clients, and internal departments.
- Assisting with the onboarding of new clients and the opening of new accounts.
- Contributing to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Supporting various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.
