Delta Dallas is partnering with an organization in its search for an experienced Executive Assistant. This individual will work closely with the CEO, providing high-level support while overseeing office administration, board relations, and the daily operations of a fast-paced, rapidly growing startup.

Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Provide complex calendar management for the executive team, including scheduling and prioritizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Meeting Coordination: Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings, including logistics, materials preparation, and follow-up actions.
- Event Management: Plan and execute company events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all details are managed efficiently and within budget.
- Executive Email Management: Manage executive email inboxes, ensuring timely responses, flagging important matters, and assisting with email organization.
- Board Meeting Preparation: Prepare and manage board meetings, including compiling agendas, taking meeting minutes, and maintaining accurate records of proceedings.
- Travel Arrangements: Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and transportation bookings, as well as preparing detailed itineraries.
- Expense Reporting: Track and report expenses for the executive team, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
- Facilities & Vendor Management: Oversee office facilities, vendor relationships, and manage requests for office supplies and equipment.
- Special Projects: Assist with ad-hoc and special projects as identified by the executive team, providing support in research, logistics, and execution.
