Job Title: Sourcing and Logistics Specialist
Duration: 03+ Months Contract
Location: Johnston, IA 50131
Shift: Monday-Friday; 40hours week 8AM-5PM
Pay Rate: $35 - 40/hr. on W2 (all inclusive)
Job Summary:
- Provides input into to the development of strategic sourcing and logistics planning.
- Collects, analyzes, summarizes, organizes and audits data in support of managing the spend, ensuring sourcing process compliance, allocating the supply base, developing plans for procurement, managing transportation, and expediting or troubleshooting delivery of quality materials and services.
- May resolve supply or system/process problems.
- May ensure alignment with relevant site and/or supplier compliance related to specific aspects of contracts, sourcing and logistics systems/processes, including government regulations, safety, quality, pricing and service delivery.
