Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to provide comprehensive Agile project management services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, monitoring, and closure activities, ensuring alignment with Agile methodology. This role involves working closely with an onsite client Project Manager.
Project Background: An oil and gas company is initiating a comprehensive Material Master (MM) data cleanup and enrichment project. This initiative aims to enhance the quality of material master data across all assets, addressing significant operational, procurement, and materials management challenges caused by poor MM data quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Planning and Initiation: Develop the Project Charter, Initial Backlog, and Detailed Project Plan.
• Sprint Planning and Execution: Facilitate sprint planning meetings, execute sprint activities, and conduct sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Daily Stand-Ups and Progress Tracking: Conduct daily stand-up meetings and utilize progress tracking tools.
• Quality Assurance and Testing: Implement quality assurance practices and conduct regular testing.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify and manage project risks.
• Status Reporting and Communication: Provide regular status reports and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Final Project Documentation and Closeout: Compile a final project report abd prepare project handover documentation.
Qualifications:
• 15+ years of proven experience in Agile project management.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Experience in data cleansing / data quality projects
