Production Planning Analyst
Location: Redmond, Washington

Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing production build plans based on sales order priorities, material availability, cost factors, and production capacity.
- Partnering with Production leadership to maximize output and labor efficiency for assigned product lines.
- Analyzing sales orders within planning lead times to confirm material availability and support on-time delivery.
- Maintaining sales order due dates to reflect expected material availability and capacity limitations.
- Collaborating with Sales Support teams to revise priorities and reschedule orders when needed.
- Ensuring customer delivery requirements are consistently met.
- Collaborating with Operations Project Managers and Material Coordinators to manage engineering change implementations on production lines.
- Actively participating in material allocation processes while working with Sales and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) teams.
- Performing trend and issue analysis to identify planning risks and participating in countermeasure efforts.
- Participating as a planning representative on cross-functional project teams.
- Utilizing planning tools to develop efficient tactical inventory and supply solutions.
- Supporting Production Supervisors and Leads in root-cause analysis and continuous improvement activities.
- Performing other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in production planning or supply chain roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; intermediate skills in PowerPoint.
- APICS Certification is preferred.
- Experience with QAD or SAP systems is a plus.
- Demonstrated skills in planning, analysis, attention to detail, and organization.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with business systems related to Sales Order Management, Production Scheduling, Inventory Control, ERP/MRP, and Procurement.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate level knowledge of supply chain management is preferred.
