REPORTING TO
Reports directly to the President. As a member of the Leadership Team, works closely with leadership and all other managers and supervisors. Due to the nature of the position, will work with almost all employees at the Company and has regular contact with external providers, vendors, key organization leaders and/or government agencies.
SCOPE OF ROLE
This position is responsible for all activities involving warehousing, production, logistics, distribution, and analytics including strategic planning, budgeting, and execution.

- Route optimization and fleet management.
- Ensure our national & international network is performance driven, and cost-effective.
- Facility Maintenance
- Oversee, lead, and organize various aspects of all of our facilities.
- Safety
- Ensure all personnel receive appropriate and timely safety training
- Ensure departments and sites are OSHA compliant
- Executive Leadership
- Participate in corporate strategic planning process
- Lead and inspire kick ass teams
- Other duties and projects as assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Requires bachelor’s degree in related field (Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or other related field)
- Advanced degree or certification in appropriate field preferred
- Five to ten years experience in operations and supply chain management in Distribution environment
- Highly analytical with great business acumen and leadership skills
- Requires knowledge of data analysis methodologies
- Analyze and interpret information, news, data and research quickly and distil the most relevant information for strategic development/solutions
- Experience preparing presentations and speaking with leaders at all levels of the organization
- Analyze problems, propose solutions, make logical decisions, carry out decisions and follow up with feedback where appropriate
