Position Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead and optimize our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing automation and robotics, with a proven track record of implementing advanced technologies to improve productivity, quality, and safety in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the GFRC and glass façade manufacturing facility.
- Lead initiatives to modernize and automate manufacturing processes, including the integration of robotics and smart systems.
- Evaluate current production workflows and identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and project management teams to align production goals with project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Build and lead a high-performing production team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and KPIs related to manufacturing performance.
- Source and work with technology partners and vendors to implement automation solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience introducing automation and robotic systems in a production setting.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
