We're looking for a Project Coordinator to support the execution of custom millwork and interior finishes projects. This role is essential in keeping projects on track—coordinating between vendors, project managers, and clients to ensure smooth communication, accurate documentation, and timely execution.

What You’ll Be Doing:

✔ Assisting in scheduling, budgeting, and procurement tracking to keep projects running smoothly

✔ Coordinating with vendors, engineers, and production teams to manage material lead times and deliveries

✔ Maintaining accurate project documentation, including procurement logs, finish schedules, and submittals

✔ Helping resolve technical and logistical challenges in collaboration with project managers

✔ Ensuring compliance with site-specific requirements like safety plans and sustainability documentation

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 2+ years of experience in project coordination (construction, millwork, interiors, or related industry)

🔹 Strong organization, time management, and multitasking skills

🔹 Ability to interpret architectural and shop drawings (or a willingness to learn)

🔹 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) & document management software

🔹 Experience with project management tools like Procore, MS Project, or Bluebeam is a plus
