Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Director of Operations at Site Masters. The Director of Operations will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing teams, establishing budgets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This hybrid role is based in the Greater Tampa Bay Area, allowing for some work-from-home flexibility. The Director will also analyze operational data to identify areas of improvement and streamline processes to enhance efficiency.
