Overview:

Seeking a detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director and enhance organizational efficiency. This role involves high-level administrative support, scheduling, office management, and executive coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Manage calendars, emails, and communications for the Managing Director.

✔ Prepare reports, presentations, and executive correspondence.

✔ Coordinate meetings, agendas, and follow-ups.

✔ Oversee office operations and assist with special projects.

✔ Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications:

✔ 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.

✔ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, and document management.

✔ Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Base $80,000 - $105,000 depending on experience
