The Role: Senior BI Analyst
Your mission:
Your mission is to play an integral role in the Business Intelligence function at Framebridge - reporting to the Senior Manager of BI, the BI Senior Analyst will be responsible for creating key reports for merchandising, analyzing trends across the business and maintaining our BI tool.
You will:
- Translate complex data and analyses to all levels within the organization to generate business insights and recommendations that drive action
- Scope and build data visualizations, dashboards and cards to provide business intelligence and insights to teams
- Build data expertise and own data quality for allocated areas of ownership
- Support critical data processes running in production
Your Legacy:
This role will establish and foster a data-driven decision-making culture within the organization by instilling the importance of leveraging data insights.
There will be a lasting impact on the overall customer experience through data-driven initiatives. This could include personalized marketing campaigns, improved product recommendations, and a deeper understanding of customer preferences.
Reports to: Senior Manager of BI
Location: Washington D.C. preferred, but open to remote locations
Travel Requirements: As needed for projects, not expected to be significant

What you’ll be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining key reports and dashboards to support business decision-making and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and provide actionable insights through data analysis.
- Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of data by managing data quality and integrity within the BI platform.
- Working on the integration of new data sources and managing existing data pipelines to enhance the BI infrastructure.
Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in business intelligence, analytics, or a related field, with a focus on consumer products.
- Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Domo, Looker, Tableau, Power BI), and SQL.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with Shopify is a plus.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
- Strong intellectual and analytical curiosity - initiative to dig into the "why" of various results.
