Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Orlando, FL. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing daily HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws. The HR Specialist will also develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Qualifications

- Knowledge of employment laws and compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
