Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized individual to assist with office filing and general administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems
- Sort, scan, and file documents accurately
- Assist with data entry and recordkeeping
- Support other administrative tasks as needed (e.g., answering phones, scheduling, photocopying)
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous office or clerical experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
