We're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Logistics Technician to own the flow of physical products from receiving through fulfillment. In this role, you’ll manage daily packing and shipping of swag and hardware orders for customers, employees, and partners. You’ll collaborate with domestic and international vendors to ensure timely availability, accurate pricing, and efficient lead times for all inventory.
You’ll also be deeply involved in our third-party hardware vendor process — from understanding the technical aspects of each component to quality-checking drone hardware. Your work will ensure our kits are complete, our systems are organized, and our products ship out on time and in top shape.
Responsibilities
- Daily packing and shipping of swag and hardware orders (customers, employees, referrals, etc.)
- Understand how all components in inventory work together in the final drone product
- Perform quality control (QC) checks on production itemsReceive, inventory, and maintain all incoming stock
- Own the process of uploading and kitting DroneSense inventory for fulfillment
- Ability to perform minor technical repairs
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or production operations
- Familiarity with drone hardware or technical assemblies is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Able to lift, move, and pack items safely and efficiently
- Comfortable working with vendors and navigating supply chain logistics
- Proactive, process-minded, and a strong communicator
- Active Part 107 license preferred
