We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy and execution. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with the brand's objectives and resonate with our target audience.
- Content Creation: Produce, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content across all social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging platforms
- Video Production: Conceptualize, shoot, and edit compelling video content tailored for various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and messaging.
- Community Engagement: Foster and grow our online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and initiating conversations that build brand loyalty.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, utilizing insights to optimize content and strategy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product development, to ensure cohesive brand storytelling.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to keep the brand at the forefront of social media innovation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in social media management, with at least 3 years within the fashion industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools. Familiarity with graphic design software like Adobe Photoshop or Canva is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including their algorithms, best practices, and analytics tools.
- Strong visual storytelling skills with an eye for design and aesthetics that align with fashion industry standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and engage diverse audiences.
