Job description
1. Plan, organize, and oversee day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of products.
2. Implement and enforce safety protocols, including the proper handling of hazardous materials, to maintain a safe working environment.
3. Monitor and manage inventory levels to minimize shortages, excesses, or damages.
4. Implement and maintain an effective inventory management system, including regular stock counts and reconciliation.
5. Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations.
6. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and accountability.
7. Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of product shipments. Address and resolve any quality-related issues promptly and effectively.
8. Coordinate with logistics providers to optimize transportation and delivery schedules, minimizing costs and delays.
9. Ensure compliance with all relevant import/export regulations.
10. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement efficiency-enhancing initiatives.
11. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track warehouse performance and drive improvements.
Qualification & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in the Tyre industry or a similar manufacturing sector.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Effective communication skills in German and English.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
