About the Role:
Seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support our Energy Supply Strategic Projects team. In this hybrid role, you’ll play a critical part in managing project documentation and submittals for large-scale capital projects including new wind farms, solar installations, repowering initiatives, and other high-impact energy builds (typically $15M+).
This position is a vital support role that ensures the successful coordination and execution of our infrastructure initiatives, working closely with engineers, project managers, and construction teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process, track, and route construction drawings, RFIs, and project documentation
- Monitor deadlines and follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure timely approvals
- Manage a shared project email inbox for correspondence and documentation
- Utilize OneNote to track submittals and manage due dates
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to stay aligned on project deliverables
- Prepare large-format print packages and 11x17 bound books for construction sites
- Coordinate shipping of printed materials and ensure timely delivery to job sites
- Support document management via software tools like ProjectWise and Bluebeam
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2–4 years of experience on a construction job site or similar project environment
- Familiarity with RFIs, submittals, and general project documentation workflows
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, OneNote, SharePoint, Teams
- Experience with Bluebeam, Adobe Pro, and ProjectWise is a strong plus
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive, team-oriented mindset with a “how can I help?” approach
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
- Willingness to work away from desk to handle large-format prints and packaging tasks
Work Environment:
- Hybrid schedule: Onsite T/W/Th, remote M/F (as workload allows)
- Team of approx. 10 people per project, including engineers, PMs, and construction personnel
- High collaboration with project teams; ability to act independently to drive coordination
