Primary Purpose: Responsible for receiving, organizing, and distributing tools and warehouse-related products, as well as making occasional deliveries to project job sites.
Principal Duties and Accountabilities:
- Receive, store, and issue tools, materials, and equipment to workers while maintaining records of items issued and returned, both manually and via computer
- Prepare periodic inventory reports and/or maintain a perpetual inventory of tools and equipment, utilizing manual methods or computer systems
- Inspect incoming tools and equipment for defects and wear during unpacking and storage and report any damage or wear to supervisors
- Repair, service, and lubricate tools and equipment as needed
- Mark and identify tools and equipment using identification tags, stamps, or electric marking tools
- Deliver or load outgoing tools or equipment to workers, either manually or using a hand truck/forklift
- Verify the quality and accuracy of loads and associated supporting documentation
Job Scope:
- Provide tool and warehouse support for U.S. engineering construction projects
- Assist the Tool and Logistics Departments
- Receive materials, tools, and supplies, and verify order accuracy
- Pull, tag, and stage field orders for dispatch
- Load delivery vehicles with fabricated items, tools, and warehoused goods
- Deliver loaded items, tools, and warehoused products to site teams
Education & Experience:
- Highschool diploma or equivalency required
- Warehouse operations experience preferred
- Delivery driving experience preferred
- Forklift experience
Training:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Forklift training and certification (preferred)
Knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- Basic Computer skills
- Self-Motivated
- Keen attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and professional communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and excel in a fast-paced work environment that includes frequent interruptions

Physical and/or travel demands:
Handling of normal stock will include lifting or carrying parts. Majority of lifting and carrying will involve parts between 5 and 50 lbs.
Inside/Outside Conditions, Varied Temperature Changes, Minimal Chemical Hazards, Vibration, Dust, Vehicle Noise.
Frequent climbing on and off trailer and delivery vehicles.
Benefits and Compensation:
- The range for this position has been established at$23.47 - $33.82 per hour and is US Engineering’s good faith and reasonable estimate at the time of the posting. The compensation offered to the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training
