We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Inventory Coordinator / Warehouse Administrator to join our team. This role supports both our IT operations and construction projects by managing inventory logistics, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely movement of materials and equipment. You'll be responsible for tracking materials across multiple stages, issuing and retrieving client hardware, coordinating shipments, and keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Track and manage inventory for multiple construction and IT projects—monitoring location status from delivery, storage, checkout, to final installation or return.
• Maintain an up-to-date inventory list for all active projects and client equipment.
• Coordinate and execute equipment issuance for new hire onboarding and retrievals during employee offboarding.
• Organize, label, and securely store IT equipment such as laptops and peripherals.
• Prepare materials for installation and ensure timely delivery to jobsites or client locations.
• Coordinate drop shipments and deliveries with vendors, track open orders, and provide clients with timely shipment updates and tracking details.
• Follow up with vendors regarding ETAs, damaged goods, and ensure timely returns and credit processing for defective or excess materials.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure record accuracy.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and optimized for fast access and proper material flow.
• Use inventory management software to update records, track stock movements, and generate reports.
• Collaborate with project managers, IT support, and field teams to ensure smooth inventory and equipment handoffs.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in inventory coordination, warehouse administration, or logistics support—experience in an IT or project-based environment is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• High attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Must be able to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to transport materials as needed.
