A San Francisco-based real estate private equity firm is seeking an Analyst to join its Portfolio Management & Investor Relations team. The firm focuses on real estate investments across major West Coast markets and manages a diverse portfolio of assets across multiple property types.
This is a unique opportunity to join a lean, entrepreneurial team and gain exposure to asset management, fund performance reporting, investor communications, and capital raising strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation of quarterly investor reports, fund performance updates, and asset-level reporting
- Maintain and update fund models, investor databases, and internal reporting tools
- Collaborate with the acquisitions and asset management teams to synthesize asset-level performance into portfolio-level insights
- Assist in responding to investor inquiries and due diligence requests
- Contribute to the preparation of investor presentation materials and fundraising documents
- Participate in tracking and analyzing portfolio performance metrics and market trends
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field
- 1–2 years of relevant / direct experience in real estate investment, portfolio management, or investor relations
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and quantitative skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with real estate reporting systems is a plus
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
