Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Litigation Paralegal located in West Palm Beach, FL. The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for preparing legal documents, reviewing documents, conducting legal research, and drafting pleadings and motions. The selected candidate will work closely with attorneys to assist in case preparation and management, ensuring all necessary documentation and information is collected and organized. The role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Qualifications
- Legal Document Preparation and Document Review skills
- Experience in Legal Research
- Proficiency in drafting Pleadings and Motions
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of legal terminology and procedures
- Paralegal certification or related education is a plus
