Project Coordinator located in Stamford, CT 06901 (Hybrid).

Job Description:
Operational:
- Manage all purchasing needs, including POs, invoices, requisitions, etc.
- Liaise with legal, as necessary, to handle NDAs, contracts and SOWs
- Manage budget
Administrative:
- Attend to the many new and ongoing meetings required to oversee a large cross-functional group of HR, Communications and business leaders that will be involved in the review/update of D&I related materials
- Work with senior leaders offices to schedule upcoming executive forums, requiring NA ExCom attendance
- Work with site HR leads to plan approximately 10 site visits, including town hall meetings, listening sessions and small group meetings
Project management/coordination:
- Coordinate updates related to US Executive Orders, managing ten stakeholder groups updating hundreds of items.
- Track review, approval, and completion of every change
- Assist D&I team with managing ongoing projects while prioritizing immediate needs
- Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40hrs./week
- Pay Rate: $20 - 27/Hour
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED Required, Associate or Bachelor Degree Preferred
- 2+ Years Experience in Project Coordination, Planning, Operations, and/or Administration
- D&I support experience (this is a top skill the HM would like to see)
- US Executive Order support (help with navigating/ communicating any changes or impacts)
- PO/ invoicing support experience
- Strong Knowledge/Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
