We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our growing team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data within our database systems, ensuring integrity and accuracy in all information recorded. As a key member of our operations department, you will play an essential role in supporting various functions of the business, from customer service to financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Enter data accurately into specified databases and information systems.
- Verify and review data for accuracy and completeness before entry.
- Update existing data as needed and ensure records are current and compliant with company policies.
- Identify and correct data entry errors and discrepancies quickly and efficiently.
- Assist in generating reports based on entered data, as required by management.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure maximum productivity while completing data entry tasks.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in data management is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative role.
- Familiarity with database management software and data entry systems.
- Excellent typing skills with a high accuracy rate; at least 50 words per minute preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively under minimal supervision.
