The award-winning formulas are guaranteed to deliver on the promise of Luxury Performance, Clean Beauty. Based in NYC, it operates as a Global Organization in partnership alongside the Victoria Beckham fashion label, based in London.
Responsibilities:
Manage Core FP&A Function
- Own the Global and France P&Ls
- Lead the financial planning process, working effectively across the organization to ensure accurate monthly and quarterly reporting, delivered on time
- Communicate financial plans to stakeholders in a concise, decision-oriented manner
- Assess and act on business risks and opportunities
- Manage the month-end closing process with a deep understanding of each P&L line and Balance Sheet account
- Oversee cash planning in coordination with the Accounting team
- Serve as a key partner to Accounting and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless information and process flow between the brand and support functions
- Ensure all core FP&A workstreams are implemented in sync with business needs
- Promote continuous improvement of FP&A processes through digitalization, automation, and value-added analysis
Decision Support & Business Development
- Monitor financial KPIs and spending, making recommendations and taking action to support business growth and profitability
- Provide ongoing visibility into omnichannel profitability with a transversal approach (P&L by Customer, Door, Category, Commercial Line)
- Continuously enhance ROI modeling for key business initiatives and formalize results communication; ensure adherence to best practices
Audit & Internal Control
- Partner with the Controller to ensure compliance across all FP&A processes
- Lead the FP&A function through internal and external audits
- Identify and communicate significant business risks to stakeholders
Required Skills:
- 5–10 years of experience in Finance, Planning, or Inventory Management
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness
- Strong communication skills across all departments, levels, and channels
