Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Paralegal located in Los Angeles, CA. The Paralegal will be responsible for preparing legal documents, reviewing documents, and ensuring effective communication with clients and team members. Daily tasks include drafting pleadings, managing case files, and supporting attorneys in all phases of litigation and transactional work. The role demands a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines. Tech savvy candidates are a plus!
Qualifications
- Law and Legal Document Preparation skills
- Proficiency in Research and Document Review
- Excellent Communication skills with clients and team members
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in litigation and/or transactional law is advantageous
- Paralegal certification or relevant experience in a legal setting
