Job Description
You will be the Project Manager for the Precision Fires Supply Chain team. Our team is responsible for managing day-to-day operations, contributing to strategic planning, and supporting internal and external communications strategies to drive business success.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Project Manager, you will provide essential support to the leadership team by managing operations, facilitating interactions, and ensuring timely closure of LOB goals. You will be responsible for collaborating with the leadership team, tracking action items, and preparing materials and reports to drive business outcomes.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Collaborating with the GSC leadership team on international travel requests, budget, and manpower planning
- Developing and coordinating functional requests, such as data collections and supplier impact inquiries
- Leading and participating in strategic planning, project execution, and related initiatives
- Partnering with support staff to achieve objectives
- Coordinating employee engagement events, site visits, and skip levels
- Collaborating with GSC LOB project managers and ensuring incorporation of Program Execution Team (PET) upskilling

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $95,000 - $167,440. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
