Job Description:

Experienced level support position requiring full knowledge of the job.
Substantial understanding of general office routines and procedures.
Must possess the ability to operate personal computer and associated office software.
Performs clerical, administrative, or general office duties in support of a department/function or for one or more persons at the executive management level. Contacts are typically with individuals within own department and occasionally outside the organization, requiring some explanation or interpretation.

Skills & Education Required:

Associate degree preferred, HS Required
Experience: 3-5 years
Executive-level support experience.
Calendar management.
Booking Travel & Expense Reporting within Concur.
Intermediate-level of MS Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook)
People skills and a support mentality.
Project management a bonus.

Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
