Essential Duties & Functions
- Lead and manage all logistics and supply chain operations
- Develop and execute production plans to meet customer requirements
- Act as the primary logistics contact for customers, addressing issues as needed
- Optimize inventory performance and oversee inventory control
- Manage container processes and ensure production has the necessary materials
- Improve supply chain processes and ensure compliance with company policies
- Coordinate delivery schedules and transportation logistics
- Build and lead a high-performing logistics team through training and development
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain or logistics, with a strong focus on automotive and international transportation
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and develop a team
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Effective communication and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency with ERP systems and inventory management
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands
