Reports to: Senior Manager of Brand Apparel
Position Overview:
The Apparel Operations Coordinator will be responsible for supporting all departments with maintaining inventory counts, organizing all CELSIUS branded apparel and swag, assisting with all event needs and coordinating all operations related tasks. This role also requires assisting with the execution of consumer-facing activations by facilitating the logistics of purchasing, shipping, transportation, etc.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Supply Chain Management or other related fields
- Retail/ logistics experience a plus
- Effective written and verbal communication with interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day maintenance and control of inventory in the office and the inventory located at a local 3PL warehouse
- Assist with the process of sorting apparel/swag inventory, while also ensuring the supply of branded apparel available on hand
- Coordinate with vendors for inventory replenishment and communicate incoming order details with 3PL warehouse
- Assist with the pulling and bundling of apparel/swag when needed for events, trade shows, expos, employees, influencers, brand ambassadors, athletes, etc.
- Create and distribute swag bags for vendor visits, board of directors' meetings as well as internal requests
- Facilitate all shipping of assets in and out of the office, or to and from events, while maintaining detailed records of where assets are being shipped
- Assist with the department expenses, by receiving, verifying, processing, and reconciling the invoices for all vendors
- Collaborate with Teams throughout the company in all their creations and ideas
- Organize, attend and participate in all staff meetings
- Document and follow up on actions and decisions agreed to during meetings
- Obtain all necessary materials for meetings
- Ensure all project deadlines are met timely
- Perform all other duties as needed or required for the success of the team
