As the data scientist, you will be responsible for applying advanced analytics, data wrangling, and visualization skills to solve problems with our functional partners in sales, operations, and marketing. You’ll collaborate with fellow data scientists and data engineers to help our business partners better understand their data and create impactful insights.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
DATA SCIENCE COLLABIRATION
- Collaborate with our business, BI, and engineering partners across the organization to create and deliver data science solutions for impactful business problems.
- Identify and gather data from both internal and external sources, assess data quality, complete exploratory analysis, and structure data for the task.
- Deeply understand our users and our data to identify opportunities for creating machine learning, optimization and causal inference solutions to grow our business.
- Build data enabled, robust and replicable data science models.
- Use experimentation and causal inference to measure the impact of business actions on KPIs.
- Develop and refine predictive models to forecast customer actions and improve marketing and business outcomes.
- Communicate approaches to business partners in easy-to-unders.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
- 2+ Years of Experience Working in a Data Scientist or Statistician Role
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or experience commensurate with education requirements.
- Advanced knowledge of statistics, SQL, Python, R (and popular packages), and popular visualization tools and techniques
- A deep love of data and high degree of data literacy gained through extensive experience working with data.
- Experience in dispatch optimization
- Working experience as a data scientist, ideally in a CPG setting, a plus
This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $145,000 to $174,000 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
