We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Vice President of Operations to oversee all Power Transmission, Distribution, Substation, and Renewables construction operations. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the operational excellence and strategic growth of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Directly oversee all Power Transmission, Distribution, Substation, and Renewables construction operations
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with senior leadership to set and achieve operational goals
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
- Lead and mentor a high-performing operations team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven track record of successful leadership in Power Delivery and Renewables construction operations
- In-depth knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends
- Strong strategic planning and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
