Global Commercial Services (GCS) is the global leader in payment solutions for Small, Medium (SME) and Global and Large (G&L) enterprises. The Corporate Capabilities team within GCS is responsible for developing and managing a suite of corporate payment and spend enablement solutions uniquely differentiated through innovative benefits, features, and partnerships underpinned by seamless digital experiences.

The Customer Experience & Platform Capabilities team is seeking a highly motivated Associate to support both client engagement initiatives for @ Work and the product development roadmap development. This role will work cross-functionally across stakeholder teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects while contributing to the strategic direction of digital tools within @ Work. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of product strategy and technical expertise, always approaching projects with a customer first mindset.
How will you make an impact in this role?

Support Digital Product Client Engagement Initiatives:
- Translate understanding of client needs into effective storytelling, and develop compelling presentation materials (e.g., decks, talking points) that highlight AXP’s digital product agenda for both external and internal audiences at the senior leadership level
- Deliver engaging, high impact demos that showcase the value and capabilities of digital product to internal audiences
- Own customer feedback channel through partnering with colleagues across different teams (Sales, Onboarding, Marketing, and Servicing) to identify and resolve client issues, respond to feedback, and synthesize takeaways for relevant teams
Support Product Development Roadmap Development – Develop deep understanding of user needs and translate insights into product strategy and roadmap; evangelize the product vision across a matrixed digital product organization
Support Go-to-market Processes – Manage the GTM approvals and change management strategy for a product launch in partnership with Tech, Marketing, Servicing, Legal, and Compliance
Cultivate Strategic Cross-functional Partnerships – Build strong, collaborative relationships with partners across AXP’s GCS organization to drive alignment and successful project outcomes

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience with or curiosity to learn about AXP Commercial digital products
Desire to have fun and work in a high visibility role, spanning across multiple priorities on a fast-paced, high performing team
Experience working in a matrixed, digital organization
Highly comfortable working cross-functionally across stakeholder teams; proven record of accomplishment in getting results through collaboration with internal partners across multiple functions
Demonstrated ability to self-start, carve opportunities out of ambiguity, and operate with a high degree of independence
Track record of delivering high-quality work in a structured, methodological manner
High degree of accountability, integrity, and conscientiousness
High intellectual curiosity, with excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills; strong expertise in business writing
Keen attention to detail
Highly organized, familiarity with project management techniques, frameworks, and tools
A “driver” personality - constantly pushing toward clarity and delivery while balancing the need for ongoing collaboration
Global and cultural mindset; experience working with international teams and time zones
Leads work with an external perspective and keeps up with industry trends
Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications:

1+ years of professional experience in digital product management working in lean and scalable teams
Management consultancy experience
Experience in client facing or client support roles
Familiarity with GCS digital products
Existing relationships within GCS organization and stakeholders

Salary Range: $60,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
