Role Overview
The Client Success Manager serves as the primary point of contact and support for our customers, ensuring a seamless and positive implementation experience and developing an ongoing relationship with our partners. This role involves extensive interaction with our employer and TPA customers to ensure their employee members have a fantastic experience with Leap Health.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for employer and TPA customers benefits or cost-containment teams.
- Oversee implementation and ongoing strategy discussions with customers to ensure Leap is delivering a great service and also maximizing ROI.
- Troubleshoot day to day issues that arise as a result of our contractual relationship.
- Pull together the required parties to ensure a successful relationship that renews for years to come.
- Analyze utilization data and complete quarterly business reviews to strategize on ways to maximize impact for Leap’s customers.
- Serve as the internal liaison between Leap’s client support team and the customer.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience: 3-5 years in a customer facing role working directly with HR/benefits professionals.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and compassionately.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various aspects of patient care coordination efficiently.
- Startup Experience: Previous experience in a startup environment, especially within the healthcare sector, is valuable.
- Customer-Centric: A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and exemplifying Leap’s guiding principles in doing so.
